I came after work at 4pm. I was only person inside. Sani took my order for a Mango Lassi and an order of vegetable samosa. The Mango Lassi was very orange in color and smooth. The samosas were excellent. I got Tamarind & Masala dipping sauce. Their menu is very large with lots of items to choose. I decided to get a Chicken Tikka Masala Burger with a side of Cheesy Masala Fries. I asked for hot (mild/med/hot/super-hot spice levels). Nice and spicy. I got the carrot pudding for dessert. Correctly made with cooked julienned carrots, cream and garnished with nuts. I noticed 6 additional groups of people arrive by 5pm. The have a full bar with cocktails, wine, beer and mocktails. They are open 10am-3am every day. This is one of their 5 locations.

I really enjoyed my lunch today at Gaia Masala. I ordered the beef masala burger and was pleased. Tasted fresh and the fries were really crispy. Love the fusion they have here and I want to try more of their menu!

Gaia Masala & Burger is the perfect casual place to eat with some friends! The menu is full of variety, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is charming, the employees are very friendly and attentive, and all at an affordable price! What more could anyone ask for? Food: 23/25 As previously mentioned, the menu spans many cultures and culinary cravings anyone might have. I had the titular beef tikka masala burger and fries. The patty was fairly standard-- the only reason this restaurant doesn't reach a full score in this category. Everything else, however, was far above just standard! The burger came with high quality ingredients and some unexpected twists: cucumbers and, of course, tikka masala sauce! These were stellar additions to an already good burger, the cucumbers in particular were a delight. They fit the flavor profile quite well, and provided a pleasant texture. While the burger was delicious, the real star of the show for me was the fries. Perfect amount of crisp! Perfect amount of soft! Perfectly seasoned! They even had a hint of sweetness dancing among the pillars of savory and salty delight! Plus, they were served with the option to add sriracha-- the mark of great understanding of the art of french fries. One last note about the food: like most Indian restaurants, many dishes offer varying levels of spiciness. I will say that their measure of spiciness is different than your typical Indian place-- if you usually go for a medium, consider going up a level! Service: 9/10 The servers are extremely friendly and even jovial! Interacting with them was a good time, they did a great job at making customers feel welcome and taken care of. But it's not just a feeling-- the servers are attentive, thorough, and quite efficient. The food was also ready fairly quickly, especially considering the quality! The only potential downside I can see with the staff is, if anything, they could be *too* friendly for people who prefer a quieter dining experience. Not me, though! Ambiance: 8/10 The location may not look like much from the outside, but inside it is very charming and inviting. The acoustics are great, and despite being crowded, I could still hear my companion talk at a reasonable volume. The lot it's in also has a lot of free parking, which is a nice bonus! The restrooms are about what you would expect from an upper-level casual restaurant as well. Overall a solid place to have a delicious meal. Value: 4/5 My meal cost $20, including tax and tip. For the level of quality, this is amazing! My only nitpick is that the portion size was just a smidge small-- but that might just be because I didn't eat much the day I visited. TOTAL: 45/50 Gaia Masala & Burger has it all. Maybe literally, with the breadth of the menu! I do not have a single bad thing to say about the place-- my expectations were firmly met and mostly exceeded in all aspects. I highly recommend coming here for the good vibes and good food. I will be returning in the future!

We were very impressed with the food!! Everything was good can't complain. Medium spice on masala and pizza were just enough haha. We love spicy food but I would say that's what we were able to tolerate. We got masala pizza, tikka masala, falafel, vegetable Samoa, and chicken momo. We also got mango lassi and dessert. For dessert we got rice pudding and gulab jamun. We like to try it all the first time we visit a place. Definitely coming back. Everything and I mean everything was fresh and came out within a decent amount of time. Our server Briya was excellent and very attentive. All the servers were on top of it !

The food is incredible! The beef masala, burger, the masala cheese, fries, the cheesesteak, and the chicken tikka burger were all out out of this world! Ordered to go. Tons of parking. The Gaia Tikka Masala veggie burger is a must have - super flavorful with the tikka masala sauce and mint. Curly fries were crisp and fresh. Generous portions. Maybe pass on the mango lassi.

Such a unique fusion! I was curious then pleasantly surprised. Service was great and food was delicious. I would actually preferred stronger Indian flavors, but it was still good. Lots of seating, so no wait and good late night iish spot.

I have tried Gaia food before during a girls night out but stopped by with my husband recently for a quick meal. I got the lamb shawarma, it was a tad bit salty but I still really liked it. My husband got the paneer masala pizza and he was blown away. He is not someone who would have a veggie order but he follows meatless days and hence picked the pizza. It honestly took me to the streets of Mumbai. The mango lassi was a very sweet for my liking. I will be back to try their tikka burgers!
